Why I joined The L8 Bloomers:
I joined L8Bloomers because I want to be part of community that explores real life stories applicable to our generation. It’s important that no story goes untold and being part of a platform that leverages storytelling to foster a sense of encouragement and support can help millennials realise that they do not have to journey alone. We are all perpetually blooming, so we might as well do it together and learn from each other!
What I do:
I currently work in technology risk – cybersecurity, for a leading financial institution. I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can be implemented to solve real-life scenarios. In this case, the L8Bloomers platform bridges the gap and provides an infrastructure for people to view shared xperiences and find commonalities across the globe.
I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in International Business, Finance and Economics. I currently mentor black professionals in finance and support organisations empowering minority students in STEM. In my spare time, I enjoy taking part in barre, crossfit and boxing. I’m also a keen traveller – visiting places like Tulum and Bali.
